Bonfire celebrates their 10 year anniversary where it all began... at JJ Kelleys in Lansing, Il. The band was formed to celebrate the life of Bon Scott on the 20th anniv. of his death. Now comes the 30th anniv and what a big show is planned. Opening up for the band is Dio/Sabbath tribute Heaven and Hell Chicago. Great band you dont want to miss. Festivites begin at 10pm on Friday night Feb 19th. CD giveaways and more Dont Miss It!!!! |

Bonfire would like to thank everyone for coming out to their 10th year anniversary at JJ Kelleys in on Feb 19th. It was a great show!!! We saw alot of cameras clicking away so if you have pix of the show, please email us at bonfireband@yahoo.com , we would like to see them and post them on our website. And what a great job opening the show up by Dio/Sabbath tribute Heaven and Hell Chicago. Great band! And a BIG special thanks to Randy Melendez from Bon Voyage sitting in for Chad. Chad was away having his third baby - a girl!! Elliana Jean Kovac. She was born at 8:04 AM on February 22. She measured 6 lbs 2 oz and 18 inches. Mom and baby are doing great!! |

Bonfire has announced that they are going to included on a compilation cd of ACDC tribute bands performing an ACDC song. The band has picked Riff Raff and the CD should be out by fall. When the release date is final, we will let you know. Also, the band is going to play this years Midwest Zest Fest again in Highland, Indiana on friday night September 10th.This is a free all ages show. |
